About Elisa
Hi there! Thank you for visiting my page :) I’m Elisa and I just graduated Circle in the Square Theatre School this past June. Before then, I received my Bachelors of Science in Biology and minor in Theatre from Boston College. I am now based out of NYC and you can catch me doing all-things-theatre, all the time
Of recent, I performed in Schoolhouse Rock Live! as a part of the Dot in the Box Theatre Company, and in a GreenRoom42 First Drafts Cabaret with the Showpeople Theatre Collective.
I feel most called to work on new works— I love each and every part of the development process of new musicals and plays. This past year, I was a part of the Chain Theatre’s Winter One Acts Festival, featured in Kevin Durfee’s new play, Between the Wired Fence. While I was still at Circle, I was able to perform in two Professional Workshops, including Alice in THE CREATURE (Alexa Derman) and Rosetta Wakeman in new musical WAKEMAN (Jenn Grinels), which was just a part of the NAMT 37th Annual Festival of New Musicals. I also played Harriet Lewis in the world premiere of IDAWALLEY (Maggie Kearnan) performed at Boston College.
Though I am passionate for new works, I am no stranger to more well-established shows. Some of my favorite roles I have played include Rhoda in A NEW BRAIN (directed by Billy Bustamante), Cunegonde in CANDIDE (directed by Bryce Pinkham), and Beatrice in MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING (dir. Mark Barford)!
I am also a well-seasoned musician, with high proficiency in the trumpet and piano, as well as intermediate proficiency in the guitar. You can head to my media page to see some clips of me performing, both with instruments and without!
See what people are saying about Elisa!
