Elisa Falanga is currently studying musical theatre at Circle in the Square Theatre School. In this past year, she has already performed in two Professional Workshops and two shows in the Circle Graduate Repertory season. Roles include Alice in THE CREATURE (stage reading directed by Gahlia Backal and written by Alexa Derman), Rosetta Wakeman in new musical WAKEMAN (stage reading directed by Billy Bustamante and written by Jenn Grinels), female swing in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (directed by Mark Barford) and featured ensemble in URINETOWN (directed and choreographed by Jeanne Slater). She most recently played Rhoda in a one act production of A NEW BRAIN, directed by Billy Bustamante.
She graduated from Boston College with a BS in Biology and a minor in Theatre in 2023. Roles at Boston College include Cunegonde in CANDIDE (directed by Bryce Pinkham and choreographed by Larry Sousa), Phantom/Transylvanian in THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW (directed by Summer L. Williams and choreographed by Larry Sousa), Harriet Lewis in the world premiere of IDAWALLEY (directed by Grace Cutler and written by Maggie Kearnan), and the White Witch in THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE (directed by Luke Jorgensen).
Elisa was most recently featured at the Chain Theatre’s 2025 One Acts Festival, in Kevin Durfee’s original play, Between the Wired Fence. She is excited to graduate from Circle in just a few months and begin the pursuit of her professional career.
